Melanie is an award winning, Offline Story Editor. She started as an assistant editor at Orchestra Blue Post Production South Africa, in commercials in 2000. Since then, she has gone to edit award winning Wildlife Documentaries, Drama Series, Feature Films and Reality Series. She made the Mail and Guardian Top 200 Young South Africans list 2012. She has been nominated for 8 SAFTA awards for best editing and won 3.
Melanie’s passion is to tell stories – she is enthusiastic, always positive and her work is eclectic. She believes the edit suite is where magic is made.
